General Branch Manager –
Orlando, Florida

Job Summary:
The General Branch
Manager is responsible for complete management and direction of the
Branch Office, including maintaining the standards of excellence and
reputation of the parent company. The General Branch Manager hires,
trains and develops branch employees and is responsible for acquiring
and performing all business for the Branch.
Essential
Job Duties:
 |
Development of the Business unit
within the Branch Market Area. |
 |
Maintaining the reputation of the
parent company in the new market. |
 |
Management and Coordination of
Service Lines and Profit and Loss Responsibility for the Branch. |
 |
Developing Branch Budgets. Provide
input in development of Marketing Plans. |
 |
Development of Pivotal/Key
employees within the Branch. |
 |
Maintaining a Safe Working
Environment, insuring compliance of company Work Safety Program. |
 |
Oversee all purchasing activities
of Branch. |
 |
Responsible for the Security and
Safe Operation of the Branch and its facility. |
 |
Assist with Sales of Larger or Key
Projects. |
 |
Participate in the interviewing,
hiring, training, and firing of employees. |
 |
Will exercise necessary cost
control measures. |
 |
Must be able to demonstrate
effective communication skills by conveying necessary information
accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when
clarification is needed. |
 | Set measurable goals and evaluates achievement of goals.

Skills & Qualifications:
 |
BS degree desired and 7+ years of
proven Management experience. |
 |
Excellent organizational ability, a
high degree of initiative, excellent communication skills and a team
orientation. |
 |
Ability to understand and apply
senior management directives to site needs. |
 |
Strong skills in evaluating and
improving customer service processes. |
 |
Specific experience in managing
production, maintenance and service resources in an operational
environment. |
 |
Experience in developing, training
and motivating a sales and operational team. |
 |
Bilingual abilities (English /
Spanish) is a strong plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office
applications |
