Plant Sanitation Manager / Food Industry
Multiple Locations – Midwest Area
Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturing Company currently has immediate need
for Multiple Senior Sanitation Managers / Midwest area.
Our client has several production facilities nationwide and is
the leader in the food industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Ensure all activity associated with Sanitation is being completed
develop / modify the schedule for all Sanitation activity.
-Ability to
facilitate change, involve employees to continually improve
manufacturing processes.
-Familiar with best cleaning practices within the food industry &
knowledgeable of industrial cleaning compounds.
-Makes sure all cleaning materials/compounds are FDA approved and that
proper safety practices are being followed.
-Oversees and conducts Sanitation Audits
-Assists the QA Manager function in conducting QA Audits
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-BS in Microbiology | Food Science | Animal Science | Chemistry
-5 plus years Leadership in Managing Sanitation in a Food Processing
Environment
-Experience
conducting regular sanitation inspections and audits to meet or exceed
compliance.
-HACCP | Food
Safety | GMP Principles Knowledge
-Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
-Managing Pest’s management program
-Knowledge of
managing cost
