Seeking Multiple Operations Manager – South Florida Area!

Regional base full-service site development company that has been building and maintaining landmark projects for over 25 years seeks Multiple Operations Managers in the Florida area . Client Company is seeking several experienced landscape Operation Manager(s) in Various locations throughout Florida capable of managing multiple maintenance crews while simultaneously providing exceptional quality of work, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 Requirements:

-         Minimum 3 plus years of Operations / Management experience within landscape industry

-         Must be proficient with a computer and all basic Microsoft Office software

-         Have good oral and written communication skills

-         Bilingual (Spanish) A plus

-         Experienced handling and building client relationships

-         Must be organized

Responsibilities:

-         Operate crews to perform desired tasks consistently and exceed all customer expectations

-         Evaluate crew members and quality of service

-         Ensure all safety material and procedures are followed

-         Recruit, hire and train crew laborer. Replace nonperforming employees.

-         Develop, mentor, and supervise new employees and identify promotable associates from crews.

-         Perform site audits to ensure properties are being maintained.

-         Visit sites to identify opportunities to enhance the beauty of the customer’s site.

-         Assist in providing quotes for new maintenance proposals/installations

-         Ensure all projects are managed within budget.

-         Conduct monthly safety and training meetings.

-         Enforce safety and other mandatory company policies.

-         Follow up with the client to ensure customer satisfaction.
